The new Carcassonne Safari from the Carcassonne Around the World series is a standalone game. It takes you to the steppes of Africa, where you keep an eye out for various animals. Monkeys swing in the jungle, lions rest in the shade of the trees, the elephants' heavy steps shake the terrain. Giraffes and zebras also roam around waterholes, so it's always worth lying in wait there.
