Fog over Carcassonne is the first cooperative game in the world of Carcassonne . The game is played according to the well-known rules regarding laying tiles and collecting points. But for the first time, players must work together to control the spread of the mist and the ghosts within it, contain the enchanted earth in the cemeteries and use the spooky haunted castles to their own advantage. If too many ghosts appear or all three days have passed before enough points are collected, the game is lost.

Fog over Carcassonne is a standalone game, but can also be used as an expansion. Ghosts, Castles and Cemeteries includes three modules that you can combine with your Carcassonne base game as you wish.
